We offer an end-to-end non-custodial insured smart wallet and decentralized smart exchange platform, allowing users to sign up with just an email/password, no seed phrase, add friends, chat and gain access to the decentralized world in one-click, without the need for crypto jargon or gas fee tokens (paid in stables) — With the familiarity of PayPal, Coinbase, and Whatsapp, Masma is going to be your first step into Web3.

What we are looking for?

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and co-founder to join our Web3 startup and contribute to its foundational development. As the CMO at Masma, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our marketing strategy, driving user adoption, and establishing our brand presence in the Web3 ecosystem.

Your primary responsibilities will include crafting and implementing marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, leveraging innovative approaches to showcase the user-friendly aspects of our Web3 platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with our technical roadmap, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative that communicates the value of Masma to both existing and potential users.

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in Web3 marketing, encompassing decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and other blockchain-related domains. Familiarity with user-centric approaches to Web3 adoption and an understanding of the evolving landscape are essential.

Bonus points if you're well-versed in emerging trends such as decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and metaverse marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate for this CMO role will possess the following competencies:

✅ Demonstrated experience as a marketing professional or leader in the Web3 space, with a track record of successful campaign launches.

✅ In-depth knowledge of Web3 technologies and trends, with a focus on decentralized applications, blockchain, and related innovations.

✅ A candidate who is passionate about driving positive change and approaches their role with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
