About the role
Serotonin is seeking an accomplished, strategic, highly organized, and creative Chief of Staff, who can operate at the intersection of marketing and our CEO. This person is responsible for supporting the development and execution of high level strategies for our partners. This person has a proven track record of successful account management and marketing operations. They will be working in concert with the strategic leads on client accounts to ultimately ensure high level strategies are implemented into successful campaigns. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO in her work with our clients, managing those client relationships and supporting her strategic work.
- Manage account operations for the agency’s top clients. Responsibilities include project management, document management, timelines, resource allocation, vendor management and profitability analysis.
- Serve as a key point of contact between the holistic marketing department, executive leadership, and clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Support CEO in creating client deliverables
- Brief and prepare the CEO for upcoming clients, meetings and events
- Continually iterate on current processes and methods to ensure Serotonin is functioning at its fullest effectiveness
- Work across teams to find innovative solutions and opportunities
Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of professional experience in client services operations within marketing
- Agency experience is required
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of growing client relationships over time
- Experience working with executive leadership
- Ability to prepare and present a concise and detailed brief (internal and external)
- Strong communication skills
