The Technical Product Manager will lead the development and delivery of innovative digital products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Gather and document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer and stakeholder needs.
• Leverage your expertise in AWS Cloud services to guide and influence product development decisions, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Lead release planning activities, coordinate sprint planning sessions, and oversee the execution of product releases, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and release updates to internal teams and stakeholders, fostering a transparent and collaborative environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies, providing insights to inform product strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of AWS Cloud services and architecture.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, technaical products with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback to drive product improvements.
• Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe) are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
