Success in this position requires combining commercial lending experience with strategic relationship management skills to drive Cync’s adoption and create shareholder value. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to build impactful relationships with executives and leaders across diverse financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Targeting: Identify and target prospective customers within a specific geographic territory and market segment. Challenge potential clients to explore innovative offerings tailored to their business needs.
Consultative Engagement: Utilize your deep knowledge of our solutions, including Cync Loan Origination System (LOS), Commercial Lending, Small Business Lending, Cync Automated Spreading, CRE Spreading, Cync Asset Based Lending (ABL), Cync Securities based lending and Cync Factoring to engage stakeholders in meaningful conversations. Understand client requirements and demonstrate how our technology can optimize their business operations.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage complex sales cycles with new customers, mapping out decision-making processes, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Maintain a consistent pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Brand Building: Develop a strong presence for our brand within the assigned territory. Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to deliver a cohesive message to the market.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and collaborate with our Customer Success team to drive adoption within existing clients. Identify and engage client "mobilizers" to build consensus among stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial lending or SaaS software industry, with a proven track record of excellence.
Sales Drive: Possess a hunter mindset and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a startup. Demonstrate resilience and determination in achieving targets.
Relationship Building: Ability to challenge executive decision-makers, build consensus with client executives, and sell effectively to the C-suite. Strong listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software solutions and the ability to demonstrate them onsite with clients or via virtual meetings.
Travel: Ability to travel onsite to client and prospect locations anywhere throughout the US.
