POSITION SUMMARY
This is a Sr Manager of Enginering role that will manage a team of talented engineers and support critical technical work across the organization. This position will be hybrid in our Palo Alto HQ with 2-3 days a week in the office expected. The Palo Alto base salary range for this role is $252,000 - $308,000 plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of development experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in a management capacity.
- You are a creative, tenacious problem solver with a get-it-done attitude.
- Yocanto works comfortably with a cross-functional team made up of PMs, Analysts, and both mobile and back-end-focused engineers.
- You tend to be the standard bearer who takes a great deal of pride in your work and can inspire others to rise to the occasion.
- You can create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment in which everyone is supported, and encouraged meaningful challenge to do great work.
- You are a software engineer who became a manager because you are great with people and you want to expand what you can achieve while helping others grow in their careers.
