Solutions Engineer
Job Description
About the job
Noyo is the leading benefits infrastructure company, enabling seamless data connectivity across the benefits ecosystem. We believe every person should have access to great benefits that are easy to understand, easy to use, and have them covered when they need it most.
In service of that mission, we provide modern infrastructure to power the next generation of consumer health and benefits experiences. Like Stripe in payments and Plaid in financial services, Noyo makes it possible for developers to embed benefits into any app.
As a solutions engineer, you will guide prospects and clients as they evaluate and implement Noyo's solution as part of their broader digital transformation. You will be a critical member of the sales team, demonstrating the power of Noyo's API platform, and manage the technical relationship with in-depth API expertise.
We are a rapidly-growing technology company backed by the best investors in Silicon Valley, and we are building a team of ambitious and creative people looking to change the face of benefits.
Noyo is a distributed company with teammates all across the United States. We have an office in San Francisco, and are currently giving preference to candidates who are located in the SF Bay Area. Our in-office days are Tuesday and Wednesday, but we encourage you to visit and collaborate in our San Francisco office outside of these days as well.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to successfully navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with leading insurance carriers and modern benefits software companies.
- You will own the technical requirements process, ensuring Noyo’s solutions are precisely tailored to customer needs and drive outstanding results.
- You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating how Noyo’s solutions solve their key challenges.
- You will guide stakeholders through Noyo’s security protocols and cybersecurity tools, instilling confidence and trust in our platform.
- You will manage and optimize the demo environment, configuring product demonstrations to highlight Noyo’s value, while creating technical content that resonates with prospects.
- You will collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams, using customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in products and processes that lead to greater success.
What You'll Do
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a Solution/Sales Engineering role at an Enterprise SaaS company, including success in an early-stage environment
- You bring strong technical expertise, including a deep understanding of APIs, and can think quickly in complex data flow discussions, as well as various methods of data integration and exchange.
- You are a natural problem solver, skilled at overcoming obstacles with a solutions-oriented approach.
- You serve as an authentic and credible company ambassador, with exceptional communication and presentation skills that resonate with diverse audiences.
Salary Range

The On Target Earnings for this role is $130,000-180,000 with a 70/30 split between base/variable play. Consistent with applicable laws, compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s level, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience along with requirements for the position.
Noyo is a distributed first team with employees working across the U.S. and we take a location agnostic approach to compensation. This means that your location will not be a factor in determining your compensation.
