- Serve as co-pilot on virtual event production and calendar management
- Work alongside cross-functional partners from kickoff to reporting
- Facilitate post-event sales motions
- Retrieve, maintain, and analyze events data to improve offerings
The Team You'll Work With
You’ll be joining our Virtual Events team. The Virtual Events team develops and executes journeys that usher prospects and customers from awareness to purchase to advocacy, optimizing for return on investment. We are a revenue generating arm of the Platform Marketing organization, and are an internal leverage to support growth.
This team is a high impact and high visibility unit. We are an instrumental part of Carta’s growth in North America, APAC, UK, and the Middle East; and serve events with thousands of registrations weekly. In 2023, we have doubled our event capacity and reach; and we continue to improve our offerings and reach in 2024.
In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts across C-suites, Brand, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth Strategy, Web, Sales Enablement, Social, Business Development, and Public Relations to curate, deliver, and scale programming. Over time, you will shape the future of Carta’s content pipeline and our event programming.
About You
You are a change agent with experience of bringing people together, building out scalable processes, and iterating quickly in ambiguity. This person excels at balancing strategic planning with execution and is comfortable getting their hands dirty.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with working across multiple MarTech tools for reporting and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach in decision making
- 3+ years of professional experience recommended, with at least 2 years on project management and/or event production
Salary
Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:
$91,800 - $108,000 in San Francisco, CA
$91,800 - $108,000 in New York, NY
$82,620 - $97,200 in Seattle, WA
Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
