About the role
As a Senior Program Manager, you'll focus on key areas like digital assets, APIs, and investment products such as FX and fixed income. This role involves substantial collaboration across product development, working closely with engineers and product managers to deliver holistic solutions. You'll be crucial in delivering impactful products while operating as a cross-functional leader to drive team motivation and achieve results amidst complexity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives, ranging from simple to complex, multi-phase programs, guiding them from strategy through execution to end-user adoption
- Develop project plans, estimate work efforts, identify dependencies, and effectively plan resources for the successful development of DriveWealth's next-generation services and apps
- Set definable goals with clear objectives and deliverables, ensuring accountability for yourself and others
- Anticipate change and adopt a flexible approach to mitigate risk
- Clarify priorities, define trade-offs, and communicate options clearly to the business
- Lead discussions and drive decisions with actionable outcomes
What You’ll Need
- 7+ years of program management expertise working with multiple cross-functional development teams in product engineering
- Relationship builder with engineering, product management, and other functions involved in the product life cycle
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a dynamic environment not slowed down by ambiguity or competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to plan, lead and deliver large-scale and complex initiatives
- An ability to apply project management frameworks given the scenario
- Succinct communication skills (written, verbal, and in presentations) with the ability to adapt style for different audiences, including both technical and non-technical groups
- Proficient with software and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, G-Suite, Slack)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
Nice To Have, But Not Required
- Experience in the fintech industry and/or digital assets
- Experience with APIs and SaaS
- Experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.
New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range
$180,000—$200,000 USD
