Trust Payments has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Partner Manager to join their team.
Location: Remote - United Kingdom

Main purpose of the job:
This role is a new business role with UK to target new PSP/ISOs/ISVs within the market. You will be tasked with recruiting, nurturing, and growing brand new partnerships.The focus will be around POS, Ecom and MOTO.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Recruiting, nurturing, and growing brand new partnerships.
- Overall portfolio responsibility of your Partners, ensuring our portfolios are well managed along with increased profitability.
- Perform regular review meetings with named Partners to encourage Client Loyalty and identify Opportunity and Risk.
- Commercial lead on all of your own partnerships in regard to pricing and negotiation
- Upsell transactional and non-transactional services (ie acquiring, APMs, security, fraud screening, currencies) by developing individual Account Plans for aligned Accounts to identify and drive up selling opportunities.
- Work with our Risk/ UWing teams to board merchants presented by your partners
- Ad-hoc tasks required by changing market environment or involvement in commercial activities / campaigns. Eg changes in Scheme regulations or rules / policies around Acquiring partners (requires separate accounts, dedicated MIDS, new contracts, de-activation etc)
- Educate Partners on our Risk Policy to ensure growth within our key verticals
- Along with this role you will form part of the Steering Group for the Cyprus project
Experience and Qualifications:
- Sales background in technology-based products and services
- Proven track record of ability to meet and surpass sales, cross sell and upsell targets
- Experience of writing and maintaining Account Plans
- Working knowledge of PSP and Gateway solutions
- Working knowledge of Acquiring banks and the processes they use
- Team player, excellent inter-personal skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Awareness of Trust’s range of products
- Awareness of competitor’s products within the industry
- Understanding of Payment systems capabilities and features
