The role you’re applying for

We are cooking up several big new initiatives, one of which is a suite of products that will completely revolutionize how people experience and engage with web3.

We’re seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer who has experience leading projects from the kick-off stage through to successful launch at scale. This individual will drive product delivery, drawing on a robust background in React Native, and demonstrate a passion for leveraging web3 technology to address real-world consumer challenges.

Joining in the early stages, you’ll play an active role in crafting a truly innovative product and bringing it to market. Collaboration is essential in this position, as the goal is to have a substantial influence on the product.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating with your squad to build, and deliver impactful business and product goals through iterative development.
• Crafting secure and seamless mobile UI interfaces, leveraging your expert knowledge of frameworks and libraries.
• Contributing to application architecture that supports business integration, user growth, and optimal tradeoffs in performance, privacy, security, and maintainability.
• Foster a collaborative and communicative environment where everyone is inspired to contribute, solve problems, and achieve shared goals.
• Cultivate a culture that encourages team members to share and develop innovative ideas.

What we’re looking foR

• Senior Mobile Engineer with 5+ years of professional hands-on experience in React Native
• Experience building react native bridge to the native module
• Working knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SVG and JavaScript
• Experience with web3 tools and technologies like Web3.js or Ethers.js or Viem
• Working knowledge of event driven development Socket.IO/Websocket
• Experience implementing pixel perfect design specifications from a product designer, including interaction design and animations
• Expertise in unit, end to end, and component testing
• Experience with agile development methodologies

Extra credit:

• Android Kotlin or Java, iOS Swift, or the desire to learn
• Working knowledge of releasing applications on iOS and Android
• Experience in working with infrastructure integrations like Firebase
• Able to optimize applications for maximum speed (using various instrumentation)
• Experience working through the full application lifecycle experience for at least one large scale software project, having a big picture understanding of all the pieces at play
