What You'll Do

World-Class Engineering:

• Build backend services that are highly available, consistent, and multi-region, supporting thousands of users and millions of end-users in real-time.
• Ensure everything runs smoothly and remains responsive as our platform scales.
• Optimize core technology to handle hundreds of thousands of requests per second and process petabytes of data effortlessly, balancing consistency, availability, and low latency.
• Develop systems with millisecond response times, scalable data pipelines, and real-time data streaming solutions.
• Maintain a 99.99% SLO, ensuring self-recovering, consistent, and failover-ready systems.

Take Pride in Your Work:

• Build simple, powerful solutions with clean abstractions and measurable progress.

Deepen Specialization:

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and innovative engineer with a passion for backend development and distributed systems. You should have:

• Proven expertise in distributed systems and experience working with large datasets and distributed storage solutions.
• A passion for tackling scalability challenges and optimizing systems for real-time performance.
• Deep technical understanding of low-latency systems, high-throughput infrastructure, and multi-region availability.
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, or a similar systems programming language.
• Experience with complex systems requiring a balance of strong consistency, availability, and massive scale.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
