About the Role
Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. We are building out a talented Revenue Operations team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. You’ll be a key leader in taking our sales operations to the next level, growing the team, and improving our Go-To-Market motions across the company.
You will partner with our post-sales teams - those responsible for onboarding, retaining, and growing our customers - with a focus on our Customer Success team.
You will tackle mission-critical, complex, and cross-functional problems to improve goal-setting, forecasting, reporting and analytics, tooling infrastructure, and operational processes to ensure that our Post-Sales teams are well-positioned to exceed their goals.
What You’ll Do
You will partner closely with the Customer Success team to support their strategy and daily operations to deliver a world-class onboarding and activation experience to our customers.
- Work with GTM Leaders to translate go-to-market strategy into action by setting goals, helping manage the attainment of those goals, and operationalizing improvements to playbooks, processes, and tools
- Analyze key KPIs to identify areas of strength and improvement, and develop and lead strategic initiatives to improve business metrics
- Build dashboards and analytics that drive day-to-day decision-making and broader strategy
- Partner with Systems and Data Engineering teams to build and operationalize the GTM tech stack
- Lead aspects of day-to-day and strategic sales operations, from managing daily operations & processes, quota & commissions, and quarterly & annual planning
- Analyze and advise on improvements in sales process, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity
- Own cross-functional initiatives end to end; manage multiple stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech sales operations
- Ability to translate stakeholder requests into requirements to surface impactful end-state analyses and reports
- High degree of comfort with data and an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
- Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with Looker, Salesforce, Outreach, and other business systems and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting recommendations to senior leaders
- Ability to balance efficiency and quality when scoping, sizing, and fulfilling requests
- You like to build and enjoy the process of going from start to finish, from identifying problems to engineering and delivering solutions
- You are creative and can see how the pieces of a complex problem fit together; you feel comfortable challenging assumptions and have a natural curiosity to learn about all business areas.
