Role Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue high-value new logo opportunities through strategic market research, competitive analysis, and targeted outreach to secure high-level meetings and advance sales opportunities.
- Engage with executives and senior stakeholders within target organizations, positioning offerings as strategic solutions that align with client goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and go-to-market strategies to drive significant revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand market share.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and facilitating smooth transitions to Account Management and Client Success teams post-sale.
- Tailor product presentations and sales collateral to educate senior-level prospects, addressing complex business challenges and effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Manage the legal and procurement processes for contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with both client expectations and company policies.
- Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Tableau for pipeline management, forecasting, and client targeting.
- Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence to inform and adapt sales strategies, account segmentation, and prioritization of high-value opportunities.
- Provide strategic feedback to the product team to influence development based on market insights and client needs.
- Represent the company at major industry events, building strategic networks and gathering insights to support long-term business development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including industry licensing (e.g., FINRA SIE, S7, S63 in North America) provided by the company
Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant commercial experience, with a strong track record in driving new logo sales and revenue growth.
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex sales plans that align with long-term business goals and market opportunities.
- Expertise in engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to build strategic relationships and close high-value deals.
- Advanced strategic thinking, with the ability to adapt sales strategies based on market conditions and competitive dynamics.
- Proficiency in managing the legal and procurement processes for complex contract negotiations.
- Ability to oversee and refine sales collateral, ensuring it supports the sales process and resonates with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret market and competitor data, informing strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for managing client relationships, tracking opportunities, and driving insights.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to streamline workflows and generate leads
- Willingness to represent the company at major industry events and build strategic networks that support long-term business development.
