About the role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with solid sales experience who is eager to develop their skills in the digital assets industry. You will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our overall growth strategy.
This is an exciting and high potential opportunity for someone who has a strong interest in digital assets and is looking to gain wider experience in institutional sales within a very dynamic web3/crypto space.
What you will contribute:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media
- Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients’ needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain and update CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the current sales team as well as other functions to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively position our services in the market
What you bring:
- 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the digital assets or fintech sector
- Experience working in a results oriented or sales environment
- Ability to perform individually and as part of a high performing team
- High energy, you are passionate and you enjoy being challenged
- Some experience with Hubspot or similar CRM application is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Some exposure of working in a start-up environment or have a passion to work in a start-up would be preferred
