The Revenue team at Plaid combines deep technical, product, and industry knowledge to help our customers build and scale applications that help consumers lead healthier financial lives.
Plaid is looking for a Revenue Leader to oversee the Banking and Wealth vertical. This person will lead the team responsible for managing and growing Plaid’s Banking and Wealth customers. As a member of the Revenue leadership team, this person will play a key role in developing net new revenue, defining the Account Management strategy, cultivating relationships with key executive stakeholders across Plaid’s largest customers, and executing on expansion opportunities that drive meaningful revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a compelling revenue strategy that drives success for Plaid and our customers long term.
- Drive meaningful revenue growth, uncover opportunities across Plaid’s existing customer base, and develop net new opportunities.
- Grow, develop, and lead a team of world-class sellers and account managers.
- Developing strategic relationships with founders and executives of Plaid’s largest and most strategic customers.
- Deliver world-class results, while continuously challenging the ambitions of yourself and your team.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience managing and growing top performing sales teams AND account managers in a Fintech or SaaS environment.
- Deep experience selling into Banking and Wealth customers.
- Track record of successfully leading and scaling top performing customer and revenue focused teams.
- Strong people manager, coach, and mentor who is able to guide the team in developing consultative account management and sales skills.
- Deep experience in pipeline management and successful execution against significant revenue targets involving large and complex customers.
- Strong relationship skills, high EQ, and a long term, partnership-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of the organization.

$138,240 - $257,580 a year
Target base salary for this role is between $138,240 and $257,580 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans
