As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions to help them achieve their goals and address their pain points.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, including emails and networking events
- Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and objectives
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to stay updated on product offerings and enhancements
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements while adhering to company guidelines
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with clients
- Familiar with using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
