We're looking for a Program Manager to work out of our NYC office (Hybrid), who will be responsible for driving compliance strategy across Payoneer’s complex enterprise initiatives, which includes projects that optimize and improve compliance controls that continuously enables business growth. The Program Manager will partner with key cross-functional teams such as R&D, Operations, Legal to design and execute projects to completion. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the Compliance Chief of Staff to help plan and implement large-scale programs as well as improve the department’s operating model.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a point of contact between CCO office and company-wide forums/initiatives
- Coordinate program reporting and updates across key cross-functional stakeholders
- Thought partner to the CCO Office, providing insights on process improvements, communication strategy and risk identification
- Partner with Compliance Data to employ data driven insights that improve program execution and impact
- Utilize industry best practices to develop programs that translate department needs into goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decision-making processes for Compliance Leadership
- Proactively monitor information flow throughout the CCO office and document program retrospectives for lessons learned
- Collect and store all required compliance artifacts, manage project schedules and proactively address escalations
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Graduate degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Program or Project Management, preferably in payments, Fintech or Financial Services
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferable)
- Ability to work independently with broad guidance, manage multiple priorities, and lead through influence
- Fast learner, with bias for action
- Strong problem solving to drill down to root cause/ deal with ambiguity
- Must be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
- Time management/prioritization, high attention to detail
