Your tasks & key responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of Product and working closely with all stakeholders across technology, data delivery, sales, marketing, and account management
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer insight.
- Lead parts of our Portfolio Management solution including the data acquisition, analytics, reporting and integrations.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to prioritize features and define requirements.
- Supervise several product teams, including managing team dynamics, overseeing progress, ensuring cross-team collaboration, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.
- Take the lead in project coordination and responsibility of enhancing the efficiency of product delivery.
- Support staff evaluation and drive team improvement actions through providing feedback, coaching, and identifying opportunities for professional growth.
- Assist in the hiring process for product and development team members.
- Demonstrate expertise in product-related topics through in-depth knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices. Develop in-depth understanding of CEPRES products and their capabilities to effectively solve client problems and actively raise awareness of CEPRES offerings within the market.
- Support sales with advanced product demonstrations, RFI and RFP responses and other requests to help acquiring new clients.
- Actively participate in pre-sales activities related to client projects and engage in client meetings to understand their requirements.
- Monitor user engagement with product features through analytical tools and client feedback to optimize future product development.
- Contribute to product pricing and positioning strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing to maintain product awareness with internal and external stakeholders and ensure strong market messaging and positioning.
- Conduct competitive analysis to assess competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation in the market.
- Take the lead in developing comprehensive communication materials, such as product presentations, and documentation, to effectively promote CEPRES products to various stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in FinTech.
- Experience as a product manager or equivalent experience for B2B SaaS FinTech solutions, especially in investment management.
- Private Market experience is a plus
- MBA or equivalent work experience
- Sharp mind and creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for technology based on data modelling and predictive analytics
- Experience in Agile software development methods and tools
- Team player who likes to work with others and is flexible to get the job done
