Ivy is a global API for instant bank payments. We enable businesses to accept instant bank payments - taking cards & wallets out of online transactions and reducing cost by up to 10x. Over 60 geographies worldwide are rolling out instant bank payment infrastructure right now. Ivy harmonises these regional bank payment schemes, bringing them to a single point of access.

Your Mission
Ship innovative bank payment products and features at pace. Take ownership of a high-level strategic goal and relentlessly deliver on this through a combination of creative problem solving and diligent delivery.
Your Focus
- Analyse and understand key challenges for our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Work with Growth & Sales to identify new product opportunities and collaborate with customers when building.
- Rapid and precise investigation into product bets to understand the nature, size, and feasibility of opportunities.
- Independently lead 1-2 product development teams in delivering elegant solutions to specific customer problems.
- Be a go-to subject matter expert on our core products and evangelist for our roadmap with our merchants and internally.
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for this role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The Nice To Haves are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering in fast-paced environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional product development teams and working independently to drive projects.
- Confident working with data to identify opportunities and inform decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, structuring ambiguous concepts clearly and from first principles
Nice to Haves
- Hands-on experience building payments or even Open Banking products.
- Strong technical fluency, including expertise around APIs
- Background in relevant verticals such as Ecommerce, Financial Services, or Crypto.
- Degree from a top university or equivalent high-performance qualification.
