About the Role:
As a Product Manager at Keep, you'll be instrumental in guiding our product strategy and vision. Your role will involve:
- Identifying market opportunities and customer needs to innovate and develop new features and products.
- Managing the complete product lifecycle, from initial research to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborating with development, design, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Ensuring effective promotion and marketing of products in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
- Conducting market analysis and monitoring competition to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
Who you are?
We're looking for a dynamic individual with:
- 3-5 years as a core product manager.
- 1-2 years of working with fintech Startups/products (Must have).
- Have worked in a fast paced startup and building 0-1 products.
- Doesn't like to move slow.
- Loves to wear different hats.
- Deeply analytical mindset and track record for making data driven decisions whilst also building business intuition.
- Is an owner.
- Ability to define, own, track and improve the KPIs.
