Our Network Enablement and Access team’s mission is to unlock the potential of the Plaid network by broadening and deepening our connection to data partners. We do this by providing solutions that allow our data partners to be part of the network and by providing best in class connections. By expanding and improving our connections to data providers, we are able to strengthen the Plaid network while also enabling great products and experiences.
In this role you will work closely with our partners such as Platforms to support Data Providers in implementing APIs. You will help transform our existing products to work with these partners, as well as develop new solutions as you come to deeply understand their needs.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with partners to identify their needs and priorities
- Help define the roadmap and influence the strategic direction of our partner relationships
- Work closely with our GTM teams on the commercialization strategy
- Closely collaborate with engineering and other product teams to optimize solutions for these partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally at a fintech company
- Obsess about customers - you understand how to think about the needs of your partners and advocate for that internally
- Move fast - you calmly act with urgency, driving things forward to achieve your outcomes
- Act as an owner - you are comfortable with taking the lead in external and internal conversations to advocate for your products and customer needs
- Thrive in ambiguity - you understand how to take calculated risks and update your plan based on the knowledge you learn
- Team player - you care about the overall success of the team and prioritize culture, while being the example to continuously raise the bar

$162,000 - $243,000 a year
Target base salary for this role is between $162,000 and $243,000 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
