Partner Account Manager Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Account Management Lead to drive strategic partnerships and maximize the commercialization and adoption of Chainlink Labs product suite. Objectives of this Role
- Identify key partners across different segments.
- Build strong connections with strategic partners outlined in the GTM Partnerships 2024 plan.
- Establish communication cadence and key contacts to enhance global partnerships across various CLL sales strategies.
- Create a comprehensive playbook detailing partnership tiering, sales collateral, objectives, measures, and toolkits per segment.
- Obtain commitments from at least 50% of Tier 1 targets in the GTM Partnerships plan.
- Develop and execute clear plans for early-stage adoption through business development efforts.
- Agree on and document minimum commercial and contractual outcomes regarding CLL adoption.
- Identify and onboard new partners to commercialize and adopt the CLL product suite.
- Assist partners in early-stage introductions to CLL, its products, and services.
- Regularly report progress internally and to partners, measuring partner progress against predefined metrics to ensure alignment with CLL objectives.
- Experience in outcome-based partnership strategy.
- Ability to orchestrate partnership execution across multiple internal functions.
- Deep interest in blockchain technology and general crypto experience.
- Technical skillset and/or experience in technical/security-oriented environments.
- Strong relationship-building and cross-functional alignment skills.
- Leadership acumen to influence without direct authority.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with experience building partnership programs.
- Experience supporting deals into execution, working with legal, finance, and product teams.
- Partner enablement experience with understanding of different partnership models.
- Negotiation skills to ensure CLL needs are met.
- Innovative and creative thinking to focus on high-impact opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Solutions Engineering or technical understanding.
- Consulting/practice management experience with engagement proposals/contracting.
- Knowledge of Web3 industry.
- Analytical skills to drive accountability through data.
