We’re looking for an Operations Manager to support the Business team by performing administrative tasks, assisting other company departments as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask. The Work

• • Support the business functions in the core Saga team with administrative tasks, such as coordinating both internal and external meetings while maintaining correspondence to optimize team productivity 
  • Assist the business teams in planning company events as needed with logistics, vendor management, and onsite support
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers and oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, human resources, and marketing, to support cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and implement efficiency-enhancing solutions to optimize team productivity
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks to ensure company success

Must Have

• • 3-5 years of experience in an operations role of a tech company
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Self-Starter with a proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills
  • Experience in supporting multiple cross functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced environment and demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in spoken and written English

Nice to Have

• • Experience with operations in HR
  • Experience in supporting the operations of web3 ecosystems or other community-driven tech projects.
  • Interest in topics such as proof-of-stake, consensus algorithms, decentralized exchanges, public-key cryptography, etc
