About this role

We’re hiring a lead design engineer with a strong engineering background & a proven track record building products that achieved product market fit.

The ideal candidate is a senior / senior+ level frontend engineer with a passion for thoughtful design. This role will be weighted towards 70% frontend engineering & 30% design.

This is a code-heavy role, as you will be the primary developer working the frontend codebase of our upcoming DeFi Webapp.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years work experience as a web engineer
• Minimum 2+ years work experience as a product designer
• Minimum 2+ years working in-house at a crypto company
• Web Stack: Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Next.js (React), Node.js (backend)
• CSS Stack: Tailwind, Bootstrap and similar libs
• Animations tools: Framer Motion, React Spring and similar
• Dep Management: Webpack, Yarn, npm, and similar
• Familiarity with FE related AWS services: S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, etc
• Experience working with Websockets
• Experience with relational databases, Postgres/MySQL
