Join us as a Customer Service Associate and work with our Customer Service leaders and our team to support the launch and growth of Raisin's platform in the United States out of our Manchester UK HQ.
Our international team of highly skilled professionals wants to welcome you to an exciting and rewarding work environment. The talented members of this team will be expected to grow into taking on new challenges as the US business grows and more opportunities become available.
Your Responsibilities
- Learn about the Raisin platform, business model, and systems to be able to support customers in the US market.
- Answer customer questions across voice and digital channels efficiently.
- Listen and understand the needs of our customers to create customer-oriented solutions.
- Create and implement optimised workflows and processes.
- Support our platform’s banking functions.
- Work across teams to creatively solve problems and complete projects.
Your Profile
- Interest in Financial Services / FinTech / Open Banking.
- A genuine interest in solving problems and a passion for helping others.
- Compatibility with a hybrid work environment.
- Customer Service experience and understanding of deposit products, payments, and banking (preferred).
- Proactive, self-motivated and organised style of work in fast-paced environments.
- Solution-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Fluent and professional level of English language.
- Based in/near our Manchester HQ.
