Position: Investor Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team and support and innovate the business development and marketing efforts of our firm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating cross-functional workflows across finance, accounting, legal, and other internal teams. Working closely with the internal team, you will support the company's current and future business investor reporting requirements, manage deal-close processes for investment funds, and maintain relationships with existing limited partners while fostering connections with prospective investors. Additionally, you will drive and efficiently manage special projects as required and represent Polychain externally at public and private LP-related industry events.

Competitive Compensation: $150,000 Starting Annual Salary

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate seamless cross-functional workflows, bringing together teams from finance, accounting, legal, and other internal departments.
• Foster close collaboration within the internal team to support the company's ongoing and future business investor reporting requirements.
• Act as the ambassador for Polychain, representing the company externally at both public and private LP-related industry events.
• Take charge of managing the intricate deal-closure processes for investment funds.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with existing limited partners while actively nurturing connections with potential investors.
• Spearhead and skillfully manage special projects as the need arises.

• Possess highly effective communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, and graphic abilities, demonstrating an aptitude for developing and sustaining robust business relationships.
• Exhibit a profound understanding of financial reporting intricacies.
• Occasional travel to ensure our presence at key events and maintain industry connections.
• Showcase a proven track record of adeptly constructing and managing processes, resulting in heightened efficiency.
• Demonstrate an ability to cultivate robust relationships internally and externally, spanning key stakeholders, strategic partners, and investors.
• Bring valuable experience from a rapidly growing technology company or the financial services industry.
• Display an exceptional attention to detail that ensures accuracy and precision.
• Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, showcasing the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Additional Information:

• Demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of cryptocurrency, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends.
• Salesforce and Google Suite experience is a plus.
• Degree in finance and/or accounting is preferred but not required.
• Full-Time position.
