Stable is being built as the next-generation financial institution from the ground up, with all the necessary licenses in mind to be able to facilitate seamless and safe tokenization and stablecoin emission across multiple markets, as well as proper Stablecoins and tokenization as a service implementation.

About the role & Key
Responsibilities:
The Head of Business Development plays a crucial role in expanding Stable Labs’ reach in both traditional and crypto markets. You will be responsible for establishing and leading the business development team, as well as contributing to the company’s overall strategy.
- Drive new partnerships and collaborations with new or already established Crypto/blockchain projects, fintechs, and other financial institutions.
- Lead, build, and manage Stable Labs’ business development team.
- Develop, maintain, and update the business development strategy for BD team
- Conduct and manage informative presentations highlighting Stable Labs’ solutions and innovations to potential partners and clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners, including frequent meetings to reinforce partnerships.
- Collaborate with various departments within Stable Labs to identify new lead generation avenues, synchronize organizational goals, and capitalize on sector opportunities.
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless process.
- Remain up-to-date on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry updates to refine sales and marketing tactics.
- Participate in relevant industry conferences and events for networking and professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Crypto/Blockchain, as well as the traditional financial sector experience
- Industry knowledge
- Experience with business development at senior / C-suite levels
- Solutions-orientated and self-motivated approach
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelors degree
