Responsibilities

- **Core Visuals & Branding**- Design magazine-style covers, editorial layouts, quote graphics and portrait treatments for interview subjects.- Develop static banners for social media, including announcements and AMA/Spaces templates on X and LinkedIn.- Create new graphics for website landing pages, ensuring optimized layout consistency.- Design newsletter layouts, including images and templates. Support layout design for backend uses as needed.- Design event invitations, merchandise and booth materials for public events.

Educational & Narrative Visuals

- Familiarize yourself with DeFi basics and Coinshift’s offerings, covering topics like stablecoins, lending/borrowing flows, collateralization, RWAs, and DeFi benefits (e.g., yield, autonomy).- Produce multi-purpose GIFs to explain key narratives and use cases: example here- Design flowcharts and infographics (charts, etc.) to simplify complex strategies and ideas.

Multimedia Content Support

- Create thumbnails for future YouTube and TikTok content.- Develop static video templates with audio for interview clipe3sws and highlights.- Design title cards for video/audio cast promotions on social media.- Edit and verify articles, Twitter threads, and interviews to ensure factual accuracy and clear messaging.

Expectations

- Uphold and evolve Coinshift’s visual identity while pushing creative boundaries.- Engage in team collaboration during the designated overlap hours
