Responsibilities
- Develop a scalable BytePlus ecosystem strategy in industry verticals and/or product specializations, connecting to the ByteDance ecosystem.
- Establish and nurture long-term, productive, and professional business relationships with global partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate, build, and manage the lifecycle of partnerships.
- Deploy customized partner enablement programs and go-to-market strategies to accelerate partner success with BytePlus.
- Achieve set KPI targets in areas such as revenue attainment, partner opportunities, and partner success metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of full-time experience in enterprise sales and/or partnerships within the technology industry.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand new technology solutions across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, identifying suitable partnerships globally.
- A track record of strategic account management, including upselling and relationship building with internal and external teams.
- Experience leading executive business plans and translating topline goals into impactful initiatives that drive partnership value.
- Demonstrated success in building products and businesses from initial stages (0-1 and 1-100 maturity).
- Flexibility to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing partnerships with SaaS and PaaS companies, digital-native ecosystems (e.g., gaming, social media, web3, crypto), and FMCG, retail, and eCommerce agencies or platforms.
- Familiarity with LLM, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure; a technical background is a plus.
- Creative, solution-driven mindset, making the impossible possible.
- Results-oriented, adaptive to change, and ready to embrace new challenges.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on practical execution.
- Experience conducting business in both international and Chinese markets.
