About the Role

Dahabshil Inc is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Fintech Manager to run a small Fintech division! In this critical role, you'll be the bridge between the brick & Mortar division and the outsourced partner IT development company, ensuring seamless execution and driving strategic initiatives that unlock the full potential of our embedded finance solutions for migrant communities sending money back home.

Responsibilities

• Leading Project Execution: Own the execution roadmap for fintech initiatives, building business justification cases and partnering in prioritizing backlog items in support of our Fintech partner company TalkRemit, gaining alignment within an agile development process.
• Driving ROI: Develop compelling return on investment (ROI) scenarios to inform decision-making and arm Fintech Leadership with information to best prioritize features that contribute most significantly to revenue growth.
• Master of Organization: Track all activities within the Fintech space, including projects, vendor management, joint task lists with partners (banks & processors), and report weekly progress updates.
• Partnership Powerhouse: Negotiate and manage key partnerships with payment processors, payout partners and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the Fintech/payment/banking or Remittance industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and best practices.
• A business-minded approach with a strong understanding of financial metrics and ROI analysis.
• Experience managing and reporting on complex projects with a keen eye for detail.
• Technically adept with a grasp of data flows and BI tools reporting. 
• Flexibility and adaptability to pivot between project management, program enhancements, and preparing updates for various stakeholders.
• Excellent networking skills are highly required.
