Overview
As an AML Fintech Oversight Enterprise Manager, you will lead tactical oversight and implementation of CCBX enterprise partner’s financial crimes programs including onboarding processes and procedures, ongoing adherence to financial crimes regulations, and adherence to Coastal program requirements. This includes leading tactical execution of the review of the enterprise partner's related polices and procedures, testing of partner onboarding to include findings report and issue resolution, identification and escalation of relevant risk issues, and documentation of relevant materials. You will also be working directly with the enterprise partner's employees to develop a strong partnership and collaborate on financial crimes related improvements or initiatives.
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Understands and is able to proficiently communicate partner's business models, identify risks, comprehend and effectively provide solutions to risks while developing relationships.
- Manage oversight program of partner's BSA/AML and OFAC Program and perform ongoing testing of partner's onboarding processes and report relevant results to management and Board.
- Effectively communicate with management, Board, Auditors and Regulators regarding BSA/AML and OFAC compliance and solutions.
- Ensure adequate oversight of Enterprise Fintech Partners, including but not limited to implementation to include program documents, onboarding process and vendors, testing and partner provided reporting.
- Evolve workflow processes as needed and seek process improvement opportunities, collaborating with management, to use technology solutions to reduce reliance on manual processes.
- Effectively draft appropriate reports, identify issues, determine the potentially impacted regulatory concern, and provide recommendations to resolve
- Proficiently track enterprise partner issue responses and outcomes to appropriate resolution, following escalation protocol when required.
- Remain informed on relevant regulatory expectations and bank requirements, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA Patriot Act and OFAC.
- Effectively communicate with the enterprise partner, attending meetings, and working collaboratively to support the enterprise partner in meeting requirements.
- Review enterprise partner monthly status reports, assessing for trends and completeness, resolving with the partner as needed.
- Take on special projects within the department as the need arises.
- Perform assigned duties within the expected delivery dates.
- Follow and comply with all regulatory and compliance regulations.
- Observe strict confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications
HOW YOU'LL DO IT
- Expert in AML concepts with confidence: AML, BSA, CIP, KYC, CDD, EDD, OFAC, SAR
- Ability to create areas of development, creation and improvement of systems, structures, and processes.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with Bank Operations and Business Units and affect change.
- Expert level knowledge of and ability to train electronic transactions – ACH, debit and credit network.
- Ability to understand processes that include data concepts including: API, JSON, Mobile Application and Onboarding.
- Expert in investigations and research of customer and transactions using core system, AML software, social media, or internet.
- Expert analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems with minimum guidance.
- Expert problem-solving attitude with the ability to be creative and flexible while still meeting requirements.
- Expert effective time management, planning and organizational skills, with proven accuracy.
- Expert management and prioritization of multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Expert verbal and written communication skills.

- Expert knowledge of Fintech business dynamics.
- Ability to assist with the development, creation and improvement of systems, structures, and processes.
- Ability to work with technical teams/engineers/data scientists with general knowledge of data related concepts.
Education/Experience
- BA degree or 10 plus years experience in Risk Management or Fintech or Banking Experience.
- 3+ years experience with CIP Verification / Fraud vendor tools.
- CAMS certification preferred.
- Experience working with technical teams/engineers/data scientists preferred.
- Knowledge of Bank Operations and Business Units preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and related regulations.
