Are you eager to join a dynamic and rapidly growing industry at the forefront of innovation? We are looking for an Ecosystem Growth Associate to join our Gaming team. This role will be an integral part in bringing in new and exciting partnerships and products to the Avalanche community.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support and provide general assistance to the business development team and more specifically the Gaming strategy
• Perform due diligence on new partners and ecosystem projects
• Playtest and analyze inbound leads/games
• Grow existing partnerships within gaming
• Manage (with the chance to lead) gaming oriented ecosystem initiatives
• Draft and present new business and partnership opportunities to business leadership
• Research, analyze, and report on Gaming and crypto industry trends and growth opportunities
• Attend industry conferences and events
• Maintain internal team databases and repositories
• Draft reports for company leadership
• Collaborate cross functionally with other internal business units
• Prepare internal and partners' corporate documents
• Develop and sustain a high level of professionalism among staff and external partners

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of business development, finance, consulting and/or crypto experience
• Passion and knowledge of crypto and the gaming market
• Detail oriented and analytical mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive team player

Salary Range: $83,400 to $104,000
