We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that seamlessly integrate offline and online approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement cohesive marketing strategies combining both offline and online initiatives.
- Develop detailed action plans to ensure synchronization of offline and online marketing efforts.
- Innovate strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote our applications across various channels.
- Act as a liaison between offline and online marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate online efforts with offline campaigns effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns across both offline and online channels.
- Monitor campaign metrics and assess the effectiveness of integrated strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize overall marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and promotional activities across all channels.
- Align offline and online processes to create a seamless customer experience.
- Leverage the unique strengths of each channel for maximum impact.
- Analyze data from both offline and online campaigns to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare reports on the performance of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategic enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing management roles focusing on both offline and online strategies.
- Strong knowledge of marketing channels, industry trends, and best practices across both platforms.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- European nationality required.
- Immediate joiners required (within 1 week).
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- Digital Marketing: 5 years (Required).
- UK Market Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience in the UK market.
- Location: Based in the UAE.
- Knowledge of GDPR: Essential.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving ROI from digital marketing campaigns.
Compensation:
- Salary: AED 15,000 - AED 20,000.
- Working Days: 5 days per week.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis.
