Job Description
Compensation: Salary range negotiable, beginning at $62,000, Annual salary commensurate with candidate's qualifications and related experience.
Location: Fully Remote
(Preferred Locations: OR, TN, WI, VA, MA, PA)

Job DescriptionA successful DAM Manager at Stacks cares deeply about helping clients build, maintain, and grow their digital asset management programs. DAM Managers balance both the high-level strategic requirements of our clients as well as the in-the-trenches administrative work required to keep programs running smoothly from day to day.
DAM Manager’s love having their hands in a lot of different projects and tasks at once. They enjoy doing everything from leading workshops with clients to enriching thousands of digital assets.
- Primary Responsibilities:Lead the management of various client DAM programs at once
- Develop and execute short and long-term goals designed to sophisticate a client’s DAM program
- Design and implement workflows to support asset creation, management, and distribution
- Regularly organize, enrich, and ingest digital assets using different tools across various DAM systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise across client’s DAM system
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key client stakeholders
- Develop and implement DAM best practices and governance guidelines to ensure the security, accuracy, and accessibility of digital assets
- Monitor and analyze DAM system usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develop and lead DAM training initiatives for stakeholders
- Attend Zoom meetings with cameras turned on as much as possible
- QualificationsHighly organized with persistent attention to detail
- Experience with creative digital assets (Photos, videos, design files, audio files, etc)
- 2+ years of working experience in the DAM industry; leading and/or executing strategic and tactical DAM-related projects
- Experience being part of a team, working cross-departmentally and engaging directly with clients on projects.
- Motivated self-starter who can work independently
- Strong interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills and loves to use them
- Ability to build rapport with clients, partners, and co-workers with diplomacy and customer-service orientation
- Ability to thrive and work effectively as part of a small team in a fast-paced and rapidly growing program
- Must be able to meet deadlines
