About The Position
We're Agora, an early-stage Fintech startup based in TLV on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.
As an Onboarding Specialist at Agora , you'll have the incredible opportunity to guide our customers through their journey, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and setting them up for success. Your exceptional communication skills and genuine desire to engage with customers will be essential as you establish strong relationships and become their trusted Partner.
What are we looking for
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, providing hands-on support and guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Conduct training sessions to educate customers on our platform's features and functionalities.
- Proactively address customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise during onboarding.
- Facilitate seamless data migration for clients, assisting them in transferring their crucial information to spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
- Act as a bridge between customers and our internal teams, advocating for customer needs and feedback.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- A genuine passion for working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in Excel to analyze customer data and drive informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all interactions.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
