About The Opportunity: Our company is a leading player in the financial technology sector, specializing in SaaS-based mortgage servicing solutions. As part of our commitment to customer success, we are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Customer Onboarding Manager within our dynamic Customer Success department.
Your day-to-day at Sagent:
Customer Onboarding Excellence:
- Facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process, ensuring an easy and positive introduction for customers to our mortgage servicing SaaS solution.
- Apply a theoretical knowledge base and specific functional expertise to achieve onboarding goals through individual work.
Project Management Support:
- Provide guidance to others as a lead or individual contributor project manager, leveraging product/service and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the success of customer onboarding initiatives.
Post-Sales Lifecycle Management:
- Support and manage the post-sales customer lifecycle, offering on-going assistance, managing customer renewals, and contributing to up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Contribute insights and feedback to improve products and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Customer Performance Tracking:
- Track customer performance, ensuring continuous engagement with the product and optimizing product utilization.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights.
Customer Training and Optimization:
- Provide training to customers, enabling them to optimize their activities using the product and fostering self-sufficiency.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources to enhance customer product knowledge.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Completion of bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus 3 to 4 years of experience in a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience in customer onboarding and project management.
- Strong default-related mortgage servicing experience.
- Familiarity with default claim processing and guidelines.
- Service Now/Sales Force/Smartsheet
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions and financial technology.
- Ability to provide guidance and support to a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to customer success.
