Team
This is a new role at Planhat, built for someone who uncovers and seizes opportunities within existing accounts. We dig deep into our customers’ goals and challenges—then help them solve them with Planhat.
When our clients win, we win:
- A LegalTech startup reduces churn and increases upsells by automating workflows that flag risks and opportunities.
- A global cybersecurity firm uses enhanced reporting to reassign 10% of accounts, boosting engagement and portfolio growth.
- An Enterprise Fintech saves 30+ hours per week by automating account reviews and lifecycle handoffs.
Prior to joining Planhat our team today have:
- Played a pivotal role in scaling a fast growth SaaS company, in a hands-on revenue generating role, such as sales, CS, or account management.
- Demonstrated strong ability to navigate complex accounts, engage multiple stakeholders, drive measurable business outcomes, and confidently lead commercial negotiations.

As one of the first hires in this high-impact unit, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a team that will be central to Planhat’s next phase of growth.
Location
Success in this mission depends on strong cultural alignment, a fast ramp-up, and close collaboration. You'll work directly with senior sales leaders, and this role will be based in London or Stockholm.
