Seedefy Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered company and the leading institutional investment platform dedicated to bridging the cross-border funding gap by connecting ecosystems worldwide. Our mission is to empower startups in accessing global venture capital opportunities. We have successfully onboarded over 100 global venture capital firms, managing a collective capital of $1.3B.
Role Overview
As CTO, you’ll spearhead our technological initiatives, focusing on token development and ICO processes. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap and technical architecture, while also collaborating with our global team to align technology strategy with business goals.
What do we expect from a CTO?
- Lead the design and development of our token ecosystem using Solidity
- Oversee the technical aspects of our ICO, ensuring security and compliance
- Manage and mentor our development team
- Collaborate with the executive team to align technology strategy with business goals
- Stay current with blockchain trends and implement cutting-edge solutions
- Work closely with the Business Development and Events team to support technical aspects of marketing strategies and events
- Contribute to market research efforts to identify new business opportunities in the blockchain space
- Participate in virtual networking events and workshops as a technical representative
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to deliver project outcomes effectively
Requirements
- 5+ years delivering software to real users, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
- Expert-level Solidity experience, including the design and optimization of advanced smart contract systems
- Familiarity with or contributions to Ethereum EIPs
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a blockchain company
- Successful track record of leading ICOs and token launches
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Excellent English and technical communication - both written and oral
- Understanding of how to work in an agile environment
- Google workspace (Docs, Drive, Slides), and familiarity with online marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics)
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience working with or in Southeast Asian markets, particularly Vietnam
- Strong foundation in smart contract security, with a history of successful audits and knowledge of common vulnerabilities
- Demonstrated experience using Go or Rust
Work Environment
- Remote position (preferably based in CET or SGT timezone)
- Flexible working hours, with an expectation of 24-32 hours per week dedicated to Seedefy
- Collaborative work with a cross-functional, global team
Compensation
- 80% in Seedefy tokens
- 20% in cash salary
- Competitive total package commensurate with experience
