Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and visionary Co-Founder with strong development skills to join our dynamic team. As the CTO and Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological direction of Capiwise, leading the development of our platform, and driving innovation. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other team members to turn our vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the Capiwise platform, including backend and frontend development.
• Oversee the entire technology stack, ensuring the platform is robust, secure, and scalable.
• Drive product development from concept to launch, including native Android and iOS apps.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and ensure Capiwise remains at the forefront of fintech innovation.
• Work closely with the CEO to align technology strategy with business goals and objectives.
• Engage with the community, gathering feedback to continuously improve the platform and user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software development, with a strong background in NodeJS, ReactJS, React Native, and MySQL.
• Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, ElasticCache, API Gateway, S3 Bucket, Cognito, and CloudFront.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage development teams.
• Passion for fintech and a deep understanding of financial markets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate and disrupt the industry.
