Growth Activities:

• Customize or select appropriate conversion and acquisition activities based on the scale and needs of various channels.
• Conduct pre-event investment return evaluations.
• Collaborate with the design department to assist KOLs in implementing and executing activities.
• Manage post-event award distribution and address user inquiries.
• Review and iterate on the effectiveness of activities to drive continuous improvement.

Channel Operation:

• Monitor business growth in designated areas.
• Collaborate with the BD team to ensure successful agent promotion follow-up and improve conversion rates.
• Identify potential growth opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Offer feedback on user experience issues and product defects.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in English communication is required.
• Prior experience in operating channels for other exchanges.
