Novabook is the “Accountant for Startups,” created by founders who scaled and sold a tech company for $60M. We're on a mission to simplify UK startups' financial journeys. Since launching in February, we’ve helped over 100 businesses and grown into a team of 25 accountants and engineers.

About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven Sales Associate to fuel our growth by generating and qualifying leads, and setting high-quality sales appointments. You’ll connect with startup founders, understand their needs, and craft tailored proposals that showcase our value.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients (via platforms like Bark).
- Qualify leads through calls and convert them into opportunities.
- Craft compelling proposals and manage your pipeline in HubSpot.
- What We’re Looking ForConfident communicator, great at building rapport with founders.
- Sales-savvy and quick to learn the basics of accounting.
- Driven to make an impact, hit goals, and passionate about startups.
