Main Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will also include forging and nurturing strategic partnerships, as well as establishing and refining our operational and legal processes from the ground up.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business Development: Drive BlackPool’s growth by increasing revenue and expanding the customer base. Bring new clients in the Seed Club, develop deals, uncover new opportunities. Identify and establish relationships with potential new gaming projects.
- Team and Strategy: Redesign the team structure, hire and manage contributors and shareholders. Improve the business strategy.
- Client and Market Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Gather feedback and market insights to guide product development.
- Marketing Initiatives: Supervise marketing strategies and user growth campaigns. Provide strategic direction for global brand marketing and collaborate on the creation of marketing materials.
- Regulatory Navigation: Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance and leverage evolving regulatory landscapes for strategic benefits.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales and strategic partnerships, team management and/or other relevant experience in tech, start-up, corporate, or entrepreneurship.
- 3+ years of experience in web3 gaming.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage people in dynamic and diverse settings, promoting collaboration and achieving team objectives.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showcasing self-motivation and a proactive approach.
- A relentless and optimistic attitude, dedication to detail, and passion for web3.
- Highly organised and a systems thinker.
- Curious and passionate about new concepts, businesses, and more.
- Proven ability to analyse complex topics, extract key information, and communicate clearly.
- Adaptability to ambiguity, with a preference for data-driven problem-solving.
- Commitment to developing robust processes and procedures to support business growth.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with engineers, finance, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
