About TinyTrader (TT):
TinyTrader is a cutting-edge white-label trading technology and liquidity solutions provider, bridging digital-asset trading between fiat and digital currencies for global trading platforms, brokers, developers, and institutions.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on crypto experience: Deep understanding of crypto technology and its applications across various sectors.
- Extensive network resources: Robust connections within the blockchain industry, including key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
- In-depth knowledge of exchanges and crypto trading: Proficient in navigating cryptocurrency exchanges and trading products.
- Strong sales skills: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Fluency in English: Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the blockchain industry, including client acquisitions, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key players in the blockchain ecosystem, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Represent TinyTrader at industry events, conferences, and meetups to network and stay updated on industry developments.
- Stay informed about trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the company’s market competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the blockchain or fintech industry.
- Strong analytical and results-driven mindset, with the ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Willingness to travel as required.
