Your responsibilities will include ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients and facilitating efficient back-office procedures. You will manage compliance quality assurance requests, oversee trading and settlement queries, and implement CRM best practices to enhance operational efficiency. By leveraging your passion for supporting high-performing sales teams, you will significantly contribute to achieving our revenue targets and the overall success of Privalgo.

You will be instrumental in preparing impactful internal and external presentations, while providing essential note-taking support during meetings and discussions. As part of a collaborative squad, you will receive mentorship from one of our highly skilled Relationship Managers, who will share their industry knowledge and experience to help you develop your skills and enhance your performance. The Sales Director will actively support your training and development needs, ensuring you are well-equipped for success.
