The Role:
We are actively seeking a motivated and innovative Associate Product Manager with a focus on Payments to join our dynamic team. You will lead our efforts to scale our payments infrastructure and create tools and processes to improve internal products for the Payment
Operations team. You’ll develop new solutions to automate workflows, build new payment rails, and deliver impactful user experiences.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Be the voice of the payment operations team by understanding their problems and challenges and then synthesizing their feedback to inform product solutions
- Bring in the mindset of continuous improvement and sensible prioritization by making tradeoffs to decide what to do, why, and when
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop efforts or go-to-market strategies
- Work closely with in-house engineers to iterate and build product enhancements
- Execute on product vision in collaboration with other product managers and technical leaders
What You Bring to The Team:
- 1+ years Product Manager experience
- Technical proficiency and data-analysis skills, including SQL a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and codifying it into actionable user stories
- Metrics and impact-driven
- An analytical mindset, capable of breaking down complex processes into smaller, manageable components
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in the payments industry or fintech products and startups a plus
- Appreciation for the Oxford comma a plus
- Experience in UI/UX design a plus

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation and compensation may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into two tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.

$93,000—$120,000 USD
