Job Description
We are looking for an Account Executive who will be a quota crusher and rockstar for our largest clients. This position will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing big deals, and managing executive relationships in MI, OH, IN, KY, WV, DC, MD & DE. This high performing individual must already be experienced in high-growth-SaaS enterprise sales. Additionally, you have managed enterprise accounts, consistently exceeded quota, and are in the top 10% amongst your peers.
You’ll be directly responsible to win new customers as well as expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in selling SaaS solutions to financial services, with an emphasis on credit unions and community banks. Your overarching goal is to generate opportunities with prospects and existing clients, building them into long-term profitable relationships for Eltropy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Selling into the top credit unions and community banks in the Great Lakes region in the United States.
- Manage your territory, effectively prospect into new accounts, expand across current customer accounts, create a robust pipeline of opportunities, efficiently advance opportunities through the sales cycle, meet and exceed quota.
- Collaborate well with other Eltropy departments to help our customers succeed.
- Cold calling, prospecting, account planning, account strategy, negotiating, professional sales methodologies, problem solving, consulting, financial services and banking, top performers who exceed quota consistently, and match our culture. Excellent communication skills both writing and verbal. Intelligent, able to process information quickly.

- Challenger Sales and MEDDICC trained.
- Understands, has sold into, and has built many solid relationships within the financial services industry.
- 5-10 years of B2B Fintech sales
- BA/BS in related fields
