Join our dynamic sales team at Bluevine, where we empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to flourish by offering tailored financing and banking solutions. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing SMB growth by providing personalized service and expert advice on Bluevine’s financial products, including lines of credit, checking accounts, bill payment services, and more. We’re looking for motivated team members who are ready to leverage warm leads, aim for success, and thrive in a vibrant environment. There is also great growth potential with this role offering significant opportunities for professional development as our sales division expands.
What You'll Do:
- Excel in your role by meeting or exceeding all sales and cross-selling targets, as well as daily engagement metrics.
- Engage with 40-60 warm leads daily through calls and approximately 100 emails, guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Efficiently manage a diverse pipeline of up to 100 prospects at various stages of engagement, from initial contact through to underwriting review and finalization.
- Facilitate a smooth underwriting process, ensuring clients receive optimal offers that you can close.
- Deliver outstanding support to new clients during their first 30 days, ensuring a seamless integration into Bluevine’s products and services.
- Be a reliable and trusted advisor to SMB owners, connecting them with the ideal Bluevine products to meet their needs.
- Bridge the communication gap between clients and the Underwriting Team, aiding in the collection of necessary documentation to optimize financial offers.
- Optimize pipeline management through the use of advanced sales tools, lead management software, and CRMs.

Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a sales role, with a history of meeting or surpassing quotas.
- A collaborative spirit, along with the agility and eagerness to learn.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
- Unwavering dedication and integrity.
- Resilience in facing challenges, with a positive attitude towards learning from each experience.
- Previous experience with SMBs is advantageous.
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industries is highly desirable.
New Hire Base Salary Range: $42,360-$50,820
New Hire On-Target Earnings (i.e. Base Salary plus Commissions, if achieved) Range: $70,600-$84,700
