As an Account Executive specializing in the Fintech Vertical, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services and fintech lending and a proven track record in B2B sales in the fintech space.

What your day to day will look like
- Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities within the fintech sector
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage existing partnerships and ensure high partner satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of financial technology and industry trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
- Self-motivated and self-starter with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite
- Experience in the Credit or Collections spaces - A Big Advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
We are hiring for this position remotely in the US and for our New York Office
What We Offer
Our On Target Earnings (OTE) for the Account Executive role is $200,000 to $220,000. We determine the final compensation by considering experience, education and training, and other relevant skills derived throughout our interview process. This role also includes commission and an equity package.
