Requirements
What is expected of you
To excel in this role, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated success in revenue generation and customer-facing executive roles within the dynamic realm of tech companies.
- At least one role in Sales experience to the US market.
- Confidence and experience in selling to the office of finance. VP Finance, CFO, Controllers, and Procurement are our primary economic buyers.
- Experience working in a high-velocity sales model.
- Understanding the basic pillars of Value Based Selling.
- Must be able to build pipeline. AE candidates demonstrate an ability to build a pipeline leveraging productivity tools like SalesLoft, and marketing events, etc.
- Experience in fintech products, and process improvement products is a plus.
- Positive, inspiring, high energy, and a self-starter attitude with a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Advantages
Compensation
The expected OTE for this role is $160,000. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE figure listed here includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.

About The Role
The Opportunity
In this role, you will join a growing startup with an impressive portfolio of customers and be a critical part of our growth stage.
- Consult with Finance leaders (CFOs, VPs, Directors) and Controllers to help them achieve full visibility and better control over all non-payroll company spend.
- Source, progress and close new SMB through a consultative and insight driven sales approach.
- Take proactive measures to reach out to advance clients up our pipeline by utilizing multiple channels, including inbound, outbound, existing customer lists of other company products, and other business development efforts.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to identify lucrative opportunities for potential clients.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to increase customer advocacy and grow revenue of existing accounts.
- Provide valuable input into the product roadmap and be the voice of the customer for the product management and engineering teams.
- Know the product and competitive landscape.
- Navigate complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Manage & forecast your pipeline accurately through SFDC.
